Having Rosie Molinary speak was like having a big door open wide and all these ideas, thoughts, and feelings came tumbling through! Her presentation was thought-provoking, empathetic, inviting, and, at times, heartbreaking. If anyone works with Latina students, Rosie and her book, Hijas Americanas are absolute must-haves. It is the best way to start a much-needed discussion about Latinas and body image issues. - Dr. Francesca Maresca, Department of Health Education, Rutgers University
Rosie has an amazing presence as a workshop leader. As a former high school and college teacher and advisor, Rosie is a born educator and her charisma is never more evident than when she is in front of a group of people - particularly young adults - talking about issues she is passionate about. Rosie could make any audience excited about virtually any mundane topic, but when you combine Rosie’s energy and natural talent as a teacher with a topic of interest for so many, you can’t help but have a great workshop. I could not recommend anyone as a speaker any more than I recommend Rosie Molinary. - Jill Williams, Consultant, International Center for Transitional Justice
If you would like to book Rosie Molinary for workshops, readings, signings, and discussions, please e-mail her at hijasamericanas@gmail.com.

Actually, I was in LA in April for the book and would love to return. A surprising fact about book promotion is that I– as the author– am responsible for almost all of my bookings and all of my expenses so I have to time everything carefully. I am looking at LA for the fall so I will definitely keep you posted!

Hi Rosie,
I would love to actually meet you one day. I am constantly checking the blogspace to see if you will be in the NYC area. Hope that when you do, I will be able to make it to your workshop. Again good work! I enjoy that book, I always go back to it for inspiration!
Thank you,
Stephanie
